With over 30 years of leadership experience in early stage sales and more than 20 of those in the information security industry, Paul has strong expertise in successfully bringing early stage technology companies to market.

In October 2011, Paul started Cyber Citius (formerly OutSourceMySales) to help cybersecurity founders bring innovative new security technology to the market. Paul has helped dozens of companies capture their place in the security community and move forward to become successful enterprise security companies.

Prior to Cyber Citius, Paul held leadership positions at great success stories such as Internet Security Systems, Guardednet, Vericept and Silver Tail Systems.

PJ McDermott, VP of Marketing

PJ is a 25+ year veteran in strategic planning, and sales and marketing consulting. As an advisor to Founders, CEOs, and CROs, she helps startups establish a digital presence with professional websites and targeted marketing campaigns. PJ specializes in building and customizing  marketing automation and CRMs to work together, and has expertise on multiple platforms including HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce and more.

PJ is a certified HubSpot Marketing and CRM Expert and holds an Economics degree from Bucknell University.
